Joe Biden snapped at more calls for help from Ukraine’s Zelenskyy in June: report | world news

US President Joe Biden and his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy have been on the phone regularly since Russia invaded Ukraine. However, a phone call between the two leaders in June was different, a report said, when Joe Biden lost his temper when Zelenskyy asked for more help.

In the call, NBC quoted a source as saying, “Biden has been direct with Zelensky regarding handling of the issues in relevant military channels, but the exchange was not heated or angry.”

After the June call, Zelenskyi’s team attempted to defuse tensions with Joe Biden, and the President of Ukraine publicly thanked Joe Biden for the promised help.
