NASA launched the James Webb Space Telescope in December 2021, giving scientists a fresh look at the universe and giving the rest of us some cool wallpapers. Fortunately, there’s an easy way to view and save the latest images for your device’s wallpaper.

Edited images from the James Web Space Telescope have been published at Twitterthe the telescope’s official website, and other locations, but there’s another portal you may not have seen. NASA works a Flickr profile for the telescope, which includes images from engineering tests, control centers and, best of all, space photos.

You can browse the entire collection in your browser, and saving the full-resolution version of an image is as easy as clicking the download button (the down arrow). If you have a Flickr account, you can also follow the account to see new photos. Flickr offers an RSS feed which you can also subscribe to your RSS app of choicesuch as Feedly or Inoreader.

The first few images from the James Webb Space Telescope were already excellent wallpapers, but the Flickr gallery will be updated with the latest images. There is a composition of the pillars of creation, two galaxies merging, Jupiter in infraredand a fiery hourglass.

If the Hubble Space Telescope’s 32-year run (and count) is any indication, the James Webb Telescope should continue to give us fantastic images for years to come.
