Sahvir Wheeler Injury: UK basketball player suffers terrible leg injury against Missouri Western State
UPDATE
According to John Calipari, Sahvir Wheeler injured his knee again which kept him out of the blue-white game. At the moment it is not clear how serious the latest injury is.
John Calipari on Sahvir Wheeler: “Let’s hope he’s fine, he hurt his knee. Same knee he hurt 10 days ago.”
No official timeline, but he said it was convoluted. Last time I kept him out for a few days.

The The wild cats of Kentucky he’s had a pretty horrendous injury over the past few years, and may have just continued with this year’s squad before the regular season even started.
In the second half of Kentucky’s exhibition match with Missouri Western State, Sahvir Wheeler was fouled while driving to the edge and fell awkwardly with one leg. After being on the ground and scrutinized by the instructors, Wheeler was assisted on the bench, then in the locker room for further testing.
Kentucky wasted little time in announcing that Wheeler would be absent for the remainder of the game.
We will update this post as soon as more details come out …
Sahvir Wheeler (right leg injury) is out of action for the remainder of the match.
